La grabación estuvo inspirada por compositores de vanguardia como John Cage o Karheinz Stockhausen, según McCartney. Incluye música de órgano de iglesia, distorsiones guitarrísticas y sonido de agua que corre mientras McCartney y John Lennon gritan palabras como "Barcelona" o "¿Qué tal?".
